Gulf Pines Property Manager

While many activities within Gulf Pines are carried out by our own members, our property manager provides services when things need repair or serviced. In addition, the property manager maintains the database of information for the Membership Directory, and also invoices and receives payments of annual dues and any assessments. They also prepare reports required by the State of Florida, and also pay regularly occurring budgeted expenses.

Our property manager is Island Management, located at 711 Tarpon Bay Road, Sanibel, FL 33957. The primary contacts there are Janette Mackesy or Bonnie Moore if Janette is not available. The phone number is 239 472 5020. Their emails are janette@islandmgmt.com or bonnie@islandmgmt.com. Please use email if only a legitimate problem.

If mailing to Island Manage, use PO Box 100, Sanibel, FL 33957, but please send mail to Gulf Pines Property Owners Association, Inc c/o Island Management.

If you need to report a problem, please see the Whom to Contact page first to find out if someone is in charge of a given area, and ask them to report the problem to Island Management. If in doubt, then please contact Island Management directly.

Please be guided by the following services Island Management offers:

Address or contact information changes:
You will have an opportunity once a year to make changes to your name, address, phone number, email address, and other contact information. Since many members maintain other homes in other locations, please provide that information as well. It is incumbent on you to report where the invoice for annual dues and assessments if any should be mailed. You don’t want to face any delinquency charges for lack of payment.

You can also make address changes at any time when they occur by contacting Island Management.

Use of Email:
While email has become ubiquitous, it’s important that we have an email address for you to notify you if an emergency occurs. For example, after a hurricane, if your home here has sustained some damage someone can best report that to you via email. Please report at least one email address to Island Management.
